DESPERATELY SEEKING A DUCHESS by Christi Caldwell is the second book in the All the Duke's Sins Series.  This is the story of Courtland Balfour, the Duke of St. James and Cailin Audley. Courtland although a Duke is one that is left in dire need of money due to his father poor choices.  Cortland has siblings that he needs to care for although his brother has income it isn't enough, so he is left to marry an heiress. Cailin a illegitimate daughter of a Duke has lived in with the working class since her father didn't know of his children's existence.  But now she has been talked into coming to London for a season which of course goes wrong at each turn.  Cailin and Courtland start their journey towards love and a happy ending.  I am a huge fan of Ms. Caldwell so this was a must read. I do recommend this book.
