No Small Bet by Samantha Christy is the story of  Addison Calloway 'Addy' and Hawk McQuaid.
Hawk was presented with a baby that was said to be his. Hawk's grandfather has told him he must at least keep the child for a year or he will pull everything from him.  Hawk is a playboy who doesn't do anything more than a one and done.  But here he is with a baby. No nanny has worked out and when he meets Addison he begs her to help him.  Unknown he just hired someone from the family that he is enemies with.  Addison is a sweet women who is a amputee and has always wanted to work with children. So she agrees to the job.  This starts their story.
