Just One More Moment by Carly Phillips is the First book in The Sterling Family Series. This new series is a spin off of the series "Dirty Dare'.  This can be a standalone book but I just thought to add to your enjoyment you may want to be aware of that.  This is the story of Remington ‘Remy’ Sterling and Raven Walsh.  Raven is on the run not wanting to get anyone in the crosshairs of her trouble so she tries to be a loner but one night of weakness with Remy has turned to a friends with benefits type relationship.  In addition, Remy is her boss at the bar she works at.  Remy is now a bar owner along with being a private investigator of sorts but he is a former NYPD Detective so he has been keeping a watch on Raven...but is it enough to keep her 'past away'? Enjoyed this book.
