Trust Me by Isabel Jolie is the second book in the West Side Series.  This is the story of Sam and Olivia.  
I haven't yet read the previous book, so for me this was a standalone book.  This was my first book by this author but I enjoyed it so much I will want to hunt down more books by her.  Olivia is a grad student who has taken a internship job. Sam has taken the corporate world by store which has made him a target for a lot of things.  When Olivia happens to meet Sam she feels a heated connection but then later she learns he is her boss for this new internship job.  This was a hot read but it did have some twist and turns to their ending.
